I need to print out on 8.5" x 11" paper in plain text because that is what the State of Nevada Gaming Control Board (the entity that REALLY governs Nevada) requires for all gaming products. There is also a small "ticket" thermal printer in the design (serial RS232) but it is only used to print the occasional winner. The bookkeeping report requires extensive data on all events concerning the design and they must be time and date stamped.



Is there a printer on the market that still uses RS232 and will print on 8.5" x 11" paper? I have not been able to find one so assumed USB was my only option.
