... has stated that USb to serial adapthers with a FTDI chip works fully and well. I have seen no post stating that any others do.
Now, of course buying 10 different converters, opening them, and throwing them away till you find one where the chip inside says FTDI seems excessive. Maybe a website search will reveal some that say "based on a FTDI chip" or "FTDI inside" :) Erik |
