in the sense that it does not implement the AT89S52 protocol natively.
It interfaces with a ISP board which has a firmware chip which in turn translates te serial port data into the specific AT89S52 commands. This serial port data is what is their 'proprietary' protocol which I am trying to understand. Otherwise definitely I saw the the links section which does have a few linux based programmers. But I don't want to solder another board when I already have the ISP board with me. regards, Seemanta |
