I would really like working on the more challenging, unique, application-specific projects, those that are meant to be used with rare or specialized apparatus... like say modern scientific instruments, or specific industrial processes.

But for what I want (end-to-end design... H/W,S/W,F/W and all) is Embedded Systems what i am lookin for?
