No seriously...I am ready to study and work *anywhere* in the world. What are the prospects in the industry in diff parts of the world?

I notice a lot of research is going on in Compilers, RTOS etc...mostly Tools for developing Embedded Systems...Is that what I should be concentrating on?

BTW...I mailed Jack Ganssle...no reply :( I really could have used his help.
