First: As a regular visitor to this forum I have seen several comments of Erik's stating his good experiences with Philips support. Eriks advice, therefore, was based on that experience. If you found otherwise, that's not his fault and it is hardly fair to blame him for it.
Second: Muhammad, when a member of this forum says: Use the "Search" button they are in fact pointing someone to a valuable resource! A lot of questions on this forum are really very basic and have been asked (and answered) time and time again. Often, the people who ask them yet again claim to have "tried everything", while it is clear that they haven't..... We are all supposed to be (would-be) professional engineers here. The least one might expect from a professional is that he/she can find the information that they need. To paraphrase Confucius: Show a man the "Search" button and he can answer his own questions.
