OK, let me see if I get this straight:
Your supplier f**** up by sending you the wrong devices. Despite of having bad experiences with Philips you decide to keep them anyway because, in your own words, "I don't want to punish him". Then you try to "get something for nothing" and when that does not work, you try to punish Erik instead..... I'm sorry, but that just doesn't add up. I will confess that I do not always agree with Erik's style, but he did answer your questions as stated. If his answers were not to your likeing, maybe you should have asked different questions. "Online ordering" was not part of your specification, nor was a maximum price. Oh, and I asked what you would consider a professional answer.... Rob. |
