"I have observed that senior people reply in such a manner which is not good, e.g. Use "SEARCH" button located on the left." Muhammad, When anyone starts a new thread, this introduction is clearly shown on the entry form: Before starting a new subject or posting your question... rather than creating a new thread. Is this not clear? When someone has obviously not made the slightest effort to see if the answer to their question is already at their fingertips, what response do you expect? The object of a good education is not to give the student all the answers on a plate (that would be impossible!), but to equip the student to find answers for themselves! eg, see this thread: http://www.keil.com/discuss/docs/thread1507.htm "In my opinion, if you don't have time to ... provide the right direction, then silence is a good choice." But, "use the 'Search' button" is the right direction! |
