2. I would be interested to know what exactly you consider to be a "professional answer". As far as I'm concerned, only professional questions deserve a professional answer and a lot of questions on this forum just aren't. See the contributions of Andy and Peter to this thread.

3. If you have a problem with someone, be man enough to name names. This type of allegation is really very cheap and serves no purpose whatsoever. It's also highly unprofessional.

4. Again: the answers given by the contributors to this forum are based on their experience. If you have already tried (and failed at) a suggested solution, that's not the fault of that particular contributor. And there is certainly no need to become irate and start blaiming people for things they cannot possibly be held responsible for.
