Yes, I had a look to 89LPC932 which seems very interresting. It's not yet available in France so I don't know the price...

More generally, it would be interessting to find a method allowing to use various 8051 : 80c591 for CAN, 80552 for ADC, and so on....
These uC have some good features and it should be interresting to use them if I could find the way to industrialize a product with a method allowing to boot with an external flash
