Erik, prices I've announded are for low quantities (26 parts I think).
I see that you're not for using other chips than ISP ones... Using external peripherals will increase the cost instead of using on-chip peripheral (CAN, ADC, ...)

I will have a look to the chip you've mentionned Mike.
