Steve, I don't know what kind of transistors you use :o), but even the humble BC547 has a maximum Vce(sat) of 250mV @ Ic=10mA.


Don't know where that came from either I thought I deleted that post before I uploaded it ! I was thinking of Vbe (sat), particularly on high collector currents.
