This is what's interesting about this chip. There is no SFR to control which RAM. Basically, the data memory map would look like:
0x0000 - 0x00FF - Internal RAM 0x0000 - 0x03FF - On-chip External RAM 0x0400 - 0xFFFF - Flash as Data Memory/Off-chip external RAM What will happen is when your application start allocating memory from 0x0400, the cpu fetches it off the chip. -John G- |
