Hello Bartosz,

If your intention is ISP, then follow the circuit schematic from the esacademy web site:

It works neatly (for the Philips microcontrollers), along with their FlashMagic ISP software, I have tested it upto 115,200 baud. It required only three lines TXD,RXD andn GND,and you can adapt it as required.
