Of course my English is not good but for me the phrase "any time" does not mean "inside 24 clocks", does it for you?
My English is pretty good; however, my techwriterish is pretty bad.
Many, many moons ago, I made a function called the 'floating data header' and, as always, I wrote a 'manual template' (what the techwriter need to know to make the manual with all the pretty examples and boxes). Customer #1 was given the template (the manual was not written) and managed to do what he needed. A techwriter was given the template to write the manual in 'standard form'. A few months later the manual was printed, it had floating hot air baloons on the front page (very pretty). When the customer received it, he called "I do not understand a word".
