yes I am using BASIC 52 for the test program....So your saying that basic is too slow to do accurate sampling...I just want to be able to record the signals so I can run them through a decision structure so the uP knows which key I am pressing...Your saying I need to use assembler? or have to?

I get different answers in this fourm, I thank you for your time..
