#84041 - LPC932A1 ICP problem.
Dear Forum Members,

I have developed an LPC932A1 board this is a sort of evaluation board it consists of...
1. Most of keil MCB900 for ISP of LPC932A1 siting in this board.
2. Two Leds.
3. 1 8 pin port for attaching a keypad.
4. A DC output from power transistor for a relay switching.
6. A DC output for piezo driving.
7. 5 Pin ICP header.

Everthing is working fine except for this ICP header. I connected another LPC932A1 IC to this header. programmed my evaluation board with prog90x.hex put the board in run mode and started flashmagic for ICP programming of LPC932A1 connected to ICP header. Flashmagic is able connect evaluation board at 19200bps but there is no programming when I try to read the signature it shows all three bytes FF when I try to read security bits all the bits are shown set. Have anybody ever faced this problem. This is the first time I am using ICP. I don't see anything wrong with my setup except for one thing. The ICP header's vdd pin shows 2.5Volts.
Below is the schematic of my setup. Please note board is fed with 5V DC. Vcc=5V and 3V3=3.3Volts.

Thanks a lot for reading my post.

Thanks & Regards,
Prahlad Purohit
