Dear Friends,

I removed one diode from the three diodes series as seen in power supply part of schematic. This increased the 3V3 voltage to 3.6Volts I know its dangerous but no other way to increase the voltage for the device getting programmed throough ICP. Earlier I was getting only 2.5Volts for device getting programmed now it got increased to 2.9Volts. Now I can read device signature security bits set device configuration i.e select oscillator source etc. But I think yet I can't program the device When I try to program it says programming the progress bar also move and it shows complete but when I try to see the CRC it is always 0x00000 also when I try Blank check it says all flash blocks are blank this indicates the device is not getting programmed. Has anybody ever faced this problem. If yes please let me know the solution. Waiting for your kind replies.
