As I asked in my previous reply, did you figure out where this 0.7V is being dropped? Also what is the circuit on the other side of ICP header? Can you show that as well? Looking at the circuit of the 2N2222 it is clear the 0.7V drop is happening because the transistor is being used as an emitter follower. You really need to use a PNP transistor here and invert the logic of the signal dirving its base. It will then saturate properly and give a much smaller voltage drop. Ian |
