Obvously the problem with LPC932A1 is, that it takes a long time to get the chip via a standard distribution channel.
You can put a chip into an envelope and send it to them if you don't mind - I have done this several times before and they always made me custom support for the chips we needed.
The LPC ICP is easy, so they are able to do it quickly - maybe it is already done - but, of course, they don't want to release before they try it on the chip itself.
