Indeed, but in an interrupt driven system you don't even have control over when you respond to them
You have full and unlimited control over "when you respond to them"

You have
interrupt dis/enable.
interrupt priority.
interrupt deferrence.

With an URTOS do you have "control over when you respond to them" I believe NOT, you let the URTOS control that.
