OK, that's written there; I just pointed out the tremendous gap between the value of work on various spots of our ever-shrinking planet.
Actually, the second link I mentioned contains an explicit offer to re-create the complete design from anything, including real PCBsand hand-drawn layouts (but it is not on their english pages, just the czech).

By the way, not to be completely off-topic, what is the best format for publishing layouts? Can gerber files be further edited (to add features to a "free" design)?
Unfortunately, there seems to be no standard for the various design tools...
