#91300 - what will happen after.. |
Hi all,
Atmel datasheets specify that the flash memory endurance is 1000 write cycles in normal mode and thru SPI, if possible. What will happen after that? I mean, what happens if someone programs a chip using SPI, where he has to change the code often. Does the memory get damaged or anything like that after specific cycles? I am using a single chip (89c2051 and 89c52) (due to economy) reprogrammed several times for my different prototypes. Sometimes, in my programmer, the chip is not recognized, but sometimes it is. Can this be the problem due to the above said reason? Regards, Vignesh. |
