I suspected ESD also. I discharged all the pins before putting into the programmer. And I am pretty sure that there is no kind of spark emitting stuff in the ambience.

Also about the borrowed chips, they are simply been programmed for twice or thrice. So, I was pretty confident about them also. Anyway, let me figure out if there is any problem with any part other than MCU. Thanks, man.
