#92825 - ISP-AES(or other tiny encryption)for LPC |
hi all i have been searching for long time with no success about the encryption of the firmware for my project. I modified the ISP_8K for LPC935 written by Bill Hughton to XOR the recieved byte with #43. I use the reserve of the this tiny encryption for the generation of the hex file(byte xor #43= same as byte (xor(xor #43). So then is the hex file not as much as readable to be copied. Ofcourse this is very simple to crack(in some minutes up to hours). So i really need an ISP code which has AES or DES encryption method which is very hard to crack, and if there is any other alternative, please comment. I have written also these sorts of threads at ESacademy, keil and now also here in the hope that somebody could help me with creation of an ISP with encryption or that somebody has already researched on it.
