I still need you to answer WHY?. I have programmed hundered thousands of chips before protection was available and never had a problem. I do not have a parallell programmer or an ICP programmer. Thats why i am not sure that FM should not respond If you want to use FlashMagic, you can NOT change a thing. FlashMagic is written to coexist with Standard ISP. You need to write your own "version of FM" for the PC and "your own version of ISP" for the chip. You can NOT pick and choose, either you use it "as is" or you must roll your own.
