If nothing is working, put your doubt on SW first before you can doubt your HW. If nothing is working, start by checking the power supply, and all connections. Test your software in a simulator before comitting it to your hardware. If it works in simulation, but not real hardware, you know there's a hardware-related problem - either the hardware is broken/incorrect, or the software is not diriving it correctly (something a simulator often won't tell you). |
