Just be very careful - EVERY read of a FRAM location is also a WRITE. So the re-write limitation is also the read limitation. This is not true of other NVM technologies that can be read an infinite number of times. RAMTRON do claim that you would have to read/write every few milliseconds for many years before it would fail however.
