The FRAMs come with SPI interface, too, marked 25xxx.
And there are also parallel FRAMS, but beware, they need a little bit tricky connection - they are not direct trouble-less replacement for SRAMs (they need to pulse /CS in an address-latch manner). There is an appnote on RAMTRON's pages for interfacing it to a '51. Jan Waclawek |
