Also, the peak at 40kHz is missing. Your plot tells that actually using low toleranced components in the bandpass might not be needed, because the 'peak' is wide and broad. But the opposite is right. The peak is rather narrow and only by using low toleranced components the peak will sit at 40kHz. The same with the plot of the buffer stage. Here, a broad peak can be seen, which is not true.
