#98260 - 8052 tutorial, ever used?
Responding to: ???'s previous message
cheerz Steve

I would keep this in mind, one more question for forum, the LCD interface tutorial available on this website

http://www.8052.com/tutlcd.phtml

has anyone ever used it as it is? It seems like that there are few small problems in this tutorial regarding the programming aspect. Like the author moves data 0ffh in port and then checks the status of bit 7 (DB7), which i guess would definately be high as we have moved FFh on that port.

Am I write or I am missing something, and yes if someone has used this assembly code as it is and it did work then your comments would be appreciated.

Regards

James
