Well, as you know I am an enthusiast. So I don’t have the expensive equipment to test the bounce time of relays. Soon I shall get one. But I wrote this program that monitors the parallel port and checks the voltages there. Connecting the relay's input to this program, I found that I can read the port with a resolution of 8-9 microseconds on my system and the relays bounce times were 8000 microseconds. Not a very clean way of checking the bounce, but good enough for now I think.
What do you say about checking the bounce this way?
