I'd not stick to a strict definition. All these tools do have limitations so let's draw a line according to them. I really don't care about the terminology as long as it is well established so that the developer can see what's it all about just by looking at "the name". It's the lack of the proper terminology which enables the devtool manufacturers to "legally" mislead the "clients".
