Hm... Might be off-topic but - what are you using for layout?

I'm still learning basic concepts, so my designs are FAR from complex, yet whenever I need to change PWB layout I'm looking forward for an afternoon of move/cut/paste/think/restart process (single-side boards, no experience, kitchen-table).

I'm learning to use DXP, and I'm told that it should be 'top-of-line' product (haven't compared it myself), auto-routing looks pretty powerful (for multi-layer boards, of course, almost does everything by itself) BUT so far, when manually routing single-side boards (or editing layout in any way) it reminds me of ChiWritter (remember those?) and their ability to draw tables/write equations, ever try to edit one afterwards?
