SO how about answering the question, O all-knowing and all-seeing one? How long a reset pulse should it generate? Keep in mind that it has features that may complicate the answer.

This MCU has a negative-going reset. AFAIK, no MCU of any knind with a negative-going reset has ever had the troubles associated with the 805x versions that have positive-going reset.
