it is like asking "what's the best car"... depends on what you want to do... F1 car is great for racing but performs lousy in muddy terrain. A Land Rover may be great for off-road, but will never win at Monza...
So your question should be "I want to accomplish X, what would be the best language." And even then there is no sigle "best" solution... regards |
