That you capoitalize your code is one thing (I do not understand, but accept that some think that is the way), but that you make it difficult to read your comments (also capitalized) is just abnomiable.

I appreciate that you have actually tried to write the code very well, plenty well stated comments, why blow it by using capitals and no indentions?

I do not see you initialize 3 times (your code is VERY difficult to read) are you doing that?.

also

there is LCD code in the code library and, when you have written your own code, sometimes looking at someone elses can make you see what is wrong.

do you have pullup resistors on the P0 signals?
