sorry for the identical posting wasnt sure i can post a question in between. My project requires a lcd. i have written a code for it. but it is not working. the forem i checked said to connect gnd to pin1(Vss), +5v to pin2(Vcc) and gnd through 1k resistor to pin3(Vee) and there will be some pixels displayed in the first line. But they speak nothing about pin15(led+) and pin16(led-). so i need to know how to check my lcd which has 16pins.
