1. I thought, Data sheet which I got from internet, is not proper, ( it was like corrupted). But, data sheet was correct.

2. Main problem was of Contrast, and problem was created due to, I referred a other document(162go LCDs) telling to connect pot in between VCC & GND, and wiper to VEE.

3. In my program-algorithm, I missed one step to output one command in initialization. (by comparing my code with of Mr. Asif ali)
And my program writing technique is also not proper.

4. In my previous post, I stated that, It is showing only blocks in lower line. But, when I viewed LCD display from an Angle, I came to know Contrast setting was high, and so it was showing BLOCKS in spite of T. And than, I also understood, it was not lower line, but, display was handled in wrong direction, means it is upper line..
