1) I do not know if your chip has an internal watchdog
2) I do not know if itb enabled by default 3) if so, you must disable it in startup.a51 (or whatever your compiler has equivalent) after what I suggested fixed i see no problem with your code. I am a bit puzzled that you added an ISR instead of just not enabling the interrupt, not a problem, just puzzled. return) Again, programmer habits.
