Stick the two burden caps (caps of oscillator) with their ground pins directly to the ground pin of micro. Don't use the common ground rail for these connections!
Also, connect a 100nF capacitor directly with shortest leads from Vcc pin to GND pin of micro, even if it looks strange. Take care, every cm counts! Your power supply decoupling scheme of micro will not work, because the connections a waaayyyy too long. Remember, that using a solid ground plane will tremendeously reduce the complex impedances!
