#145719 - Serial EEPROM programmer Responding to: ???'s previous message |

For inspiration, try to google for the original intel's BASIC52 - it was capable to "burn" EPROMs on it's own; in the manual, there's a schematics and the sources are available, too. Circuit Cellar Inc made a serial port eeprom programmer based on the BASIC52. The hardware was pretty good, but the firmware was an amateurish hack that didn't work well. You can probably find the schematics online, and then write some decent control firmware. |
