Hi,

I have recevied the parts by giving Demand Draft to the Courier Fellow. means seller is safeguarding his interests.

only after receiving the courier we will come to know that some thing happened.

they simply erase the screen printing and print the part number we are interested and sell.

same thing happened in my case since printing is not matching with original Parts.

I agree that, It is also ATMEL problem since they do not sell directly.

my recent experience with Silabs is Silabs distributor in india sold business to Arrow and Arrow's new terms and MOQ ( for 10 nos I need to buy 250 ) are not suiting my requirement and I went to silabs website and ordered the quantitiy I need.

if such a facility is there with ATMEL then I would not have suffered.

going to authorities is not an option at all in INDIA, atleast for this type of cases.

one can buy any thing in the legal system.
