I'm not realy interested in speed as such, i'm only concerened when speed is greater than or less than 10km/hour. Most of the time the speed will be 0 i.e I get hi till car starts to move, I have to take few samples and take the average as suggested on this forum.
I could measuere frequency or period as T = 1/F or F = 1/T
