So, it is the comm between PC and the micro. It is absolutely possible, what I mentioned i.e. both RX and TX. I have done it and it works.
where did you say: It is stolen from the CTS line. But you can also use other unused output signal lines from the PC serial port. In other words: I tell you that it works, but keep vital information (CTS must be set and not toggle) from you. Another point: it will never swing higher the 3V in Sanjeevs case, I doubt the PC will see that. Does everybody see how dangerous this kind of "help" is? Erik |
