Michael, on that one I disagree. A craftsman brings his own tools. Keeping the tools in good condition & up to date is part of your overheads - which help determine the price you charge your customer. So, at the end of the day, the customer does pay for the tools - though possibly not directly as an itemised line on the invoice! |
