I didn't use the benefits number in the overtime calculation. I used the $28/hr. number for the overtime calculation. Where I live, you get 1.5 times your hourly rate when you work overtime.
Benefits are 40% of a person's annual salary.
I think that number is low, it's more like 50% of their salary.
