(I'm just throwing questions in here; I'm not getting at anyone - especially not Charles, who has gone to the trouble of doing the compilations!)

(Sometimes) faster execution can be achieved at the expense of larger code size.

Is there any indication that SDCC's code is big but fast?
Or is it both big and slow?

How does the usage of other processor resources compare?
