The above quote is from the person who said earlier in this thread:

"Raisonance professionial version is one quarter the price of Keil and as good without any limitations"

No evidence was provided to support the claim that Raisonance is as good as Keil.

Charles, I am sure that Andy is merely interested (like myself) to know which compiler produces the best code. I use Keil for a variety of reasons one of which is that I believe it produces the best code - if someone provided some *evidence* to the contrary I would consider changing.

Why don't you take a small piece of 'C' code, compile it using the compilers you have available and post the resulting assembler?
