Limiting to 12V @ 30A means only about three of the 50 floors can be on at a time (or four rooms on each floor?); is this acceptable?

All lights on, power input would be 15A at 220V.

With more than 3KW being dissipated in the model, it will need excellent ventilation, perhaps even air conditioning ;-)
